Elev8 only charges fees on bookings where guests stay. The structure of our management fees is simple: We charge 15% per booking (depending on the property’s availability, location and condition)
We charge a one time on-boarding fee which is deducted at the end of your first month’s rental income. Depending on the property size, location, and availability, the fee covers the cost of cleaning, photo shoots, setting up the online listing/s across various short let platforms, and a visit from a member of our team to ensure your home is guest ready.

On-boarding is a term that we use for getting your property ready to start hosting guests..
We don’t believe in long-term contracts or hidden fees. We have a 30-day rolling or a 3 months commitment contracts depending on the longevity of how long you would want us short letting you home.
