Airbnb imposes a 15% service fee (plus applicable VAT/GST) on your total earnings. Our management fee, also subject to VAT/GST, is calculated based on your gross income from the platform.
During the initial onboarding process, we provide a convenient checklist of essential items, including initial cleaning supplies and guest essentials like toilet paper and toiletries. Our cleaning team will maintain these stocks for you, and we will only charge you the cost price for these items. The cleaning fees paid by Airbnb guests directly cover our cleaning and laundry services.
Absolutely, we’ve got you covered across multiple platforms, not just Airbnb. Your peace of mind is our priority, which is why we’ve partnered with Superhog to provide insurance for bookings made outside of Airbnb. Whether you’re listing your property on Homelike, Booking.com, or any other platform, you can rest assured that we uphold the same high standards for guest vetting and property protection.
